Have vertical blinds evolved?

Years ago all you could buy were nasty fibreglass blinds that may have been white for a very short time, but soon after became dirty, dingy and grey.

Over time, there came more selection of colours, better fabrics; fibreglass usage became almost obsolete, but still we think of vertical blinds as 'office block' blinds.

Let's face it - given the choice of styles available from most online blinds shops, you'd be forgiven for associating them with industrial units!

Has the blinds manufacturing industry given up with verticals? Will they disappear from the domestic market all together soon?

Apparently not if you browse through New House Textiles online store!

At New House Textiles you will find simple, elegant designs, pretty florals, chunky textures & geometric designs. Not only commited to good design, many of the natural fibres in their fabrics come from Texan farms, where cotton is grown with the minimum use of chemicals.

So have vertical blinds evolved? I think so! New House Textiles have managed to make vertical blinds look contemporary & appealing for the modern home.
